Terms of Service

Effective July 10, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lyrith (the "Service"), operated by NurvexThink ("NurvexThink", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, joining a meeting, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on that organization's behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts and workspaces

Creating an account provisions a workspace ("organization") that you own. You can invite other people to your workspace by email; each invite grants a role (Owner, Admin, or Member) that controls what that person can do inside your workspace. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential. Notify us immediately at security@lyrith.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Meetings, recording, and AI features

  • Recording consent. If you record a meeting, you are solely responsible for obtaining any consent required from participants under the laws that apply to you — these vary by country and by state/province, and some jurisdictions require every participant's consent before a call can be recorded at all. Lyrith shows a recording indicator to every participant, but complying with consent laws is your responsibility, not ours.
  • AI transcription and summaries are opt-in. A meeting is only transcribed and summarized when the host explicitly turns that on for the meeting (or sets an always-on default for their workspace). When enabled, audio is sent to our transcription and language-model providers to generate a transcript, summary, and action items, which are emailed to meeting participants who have an account.
  • AI output isn't guaranteed accurate. Transcripts, summaries, and the in-meeting assistant are generated by third-party AI models and can be incomplete or wrong. Don't rely on them for decisions where accuracy is critical without verifying against the actual recording.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law, or the rights of any third party, including privacy and recording-consent laws;
  • Upload, transmit, or generate unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including attempts to bypass rate limits, security controls, or per-organization data isolation;
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications; or
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, depending on severity.

5. Billing and credits

Lyrith is pay-as-you-go: hosting a meeting debits credits from your workspace's balance, and an optional monthly plan unlocks extra AI-assistant messages. Payments are reviewed and approved manually — see our Refund Policy for how top-ups, subscriptions, and refunds work. Prices are shown in USD for consistency; because our bank account only accepts PKR, payment instructions will tell you the PKR amount to actually transfer.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the meeting content, recordings, and messages you create on the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service to you (for example, running transcription, generating a summary, or delivering a recap email). We do not use Your Content to train third-party AI models beyond what's necessary to generate your transcript, summary, or assistant reply for that request.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure to operate — video/audio delivery, AI transcription and language models, transactional email, and cloud storage for recordings. See our Privacy Policy for the full list and what each one processes.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NurvexThink will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time from Settings, or by emailing support@lyrith.app. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (billing history, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or an in-app notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
